Description
This short online programme is aimed towards the most relevant to senior nurse managers within the acute or residential healthcare settings to help them understand and be confident in building their skills and having a keen knowledge of clinical governance. Clinical Governance is the system through which healthcare organisations are accountable for continuously improving the quality of their services and safeguarding high standards of care by creating an environment in which clinical excellence will flourish.
Learning outcomes:
At the end of this programme participants should have:
- a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities for clinicalgovernance within a healthcare setting;- a clear understanding of the process of clinical governance within ahealthcare setting;- understand how to promote a culture of continuous learning within ahealthcare setting.
Note: On completion of this course a certificate of attendance in a digital form and will be sent by email to each participant.
